New Home Builders Annual Review
As a new construction buyer, you will have a one year warranty. During this time, you will have to present repairs to the residential builder.
A home inspection report will allow you to incorporate the list you have made over the course of the year with the items the inspector observes. You will have a comprehensive report to present to your home builder with color photos in a report format.
The detailed home inspection report will make it easier for the home builder to schedule the repairs, and you'll have photos and descriptions to refer to when you review the repairs made by your home builder.
