Hi, My name is Curtis McClure of Curtis Home Inspection, Inc., a home inspection services company in Greenville SC.
I have been actively involved in the housing industry for the past 29 years. For the past 12 years I have bought, remodeled and sold site built homes in the Greenville SC area.
I understand buyers' concerns, their fears, and their desires to own the home they have chosen. Coming from the sales side of the real estate business, I have worked with many home inspectors. I have seen the positives and the negatives in the inspection business and I believe the most important part is how the inspector communicates with the buyer, seller, and their real estate agents. I truly believe there is not a problem that can't be worked out if handled properly.
